****PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE BASED IN THE UK. IF YOU ARE IN THE EU, USA, AUSTRALIA OR A COUNTRY THAT REQUIRES IMPORT TAX TO BE PAID, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. GAMMATRONIX DOES NOT CHARGE TAX. HOWEVER YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU IMPORT TAX AND A HANDLING FEE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOCAL TAXES***

 

Warranties & Returns Policy: For UK customers, you have 14 days to return the item if you change your mind. We will provide a full refund of your purchase costs including any shipping if charged after it is returned to us in original undamaged condition. For the rest of the world, the 14 days return limit applies and we will only refund your purchase cost of the item (not shipping).

All goods are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated). In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty, or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery, in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note that although your warranty covers both parts and labour, it does not cover delivery and collection costs of the goods to and from us. Any charge must be paid by you, the customer.

If products are returned damaged or modified, we reserve the right to make an appropiate partial refund.

Any items under warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of similiar condition.

All refunds and liabilities are limited to the cost of the item only, and you should obey all installation and operational instructions supplied with the product.
